As the Solution Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to help define, own, and drive the go-to-market positioning and messaging for several of our supply chain software or automation solutions. You will be an integral part of the high-energy Product Marketing team, helping to globally scale our leading portfolio of solutions across regions and industries. You will develop and execute the positioning efforts, content development and sales enablement for your solution areas. In this role, you will be a key link between Product, Marketing, Demand Generation and Executives.


  • Become an expert for your solutions and master their market, through market research, competitive intelligence and engagement with SME.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your solution and can be scaled globally. Collaborate with corporate and field marketing to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand across all outlets.
  • Develop solution-focused content to drive demand in the market (white papers, guides, infographics, presentations, blogs, contributed articles, etc.)
  • Develop and execute thought-leadership marketing initiatives and content
  • Conduct and support primary and secondary market research, market and competitive analysis for select projects
  • Enable customer-facing teams with materials (pitch decks, sales playbooks, objection handling, competitive battlecards, etc.) and training to accelerate the sales of your solution.
  • Develop compelling go to market plans and execute them for selected solution areas
  • Manages the launch activities around the different products in close liaison with the Marketing and Product teams.
  • Participate in market making activities such as trade shows, user and special interest group gatherings, and select sales calls. 



Ideally, must be both “hands-on” and “big-picture” focused, and a well-rounded solution marketing or product marketing professional.  Must be able to effectively interface with prospects, partners, customers, sales, marketing, product development and external vendors.

Key qualifications include:

  • Must have a master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant business or technology related to supply chain solutions
  • 5+ years experience in B2B product/solutions marketing, product management, sales engineering, presales, field marketing or similar role,  focusing on the responsibilities outlined above
  • Experience in the supply chain industry desired, but not a must
  • A product/solution marketing certification (e.g. Pragmatic Marketing or Sirius Decisions) is a plus
  • The ability to quickly absorb new information about core technology and solutions translate it into relevant messaging and content for target audiences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects, and deliver clear results across the organization
  • Ability to lead by subject matter expertise, while working collaboratively with all levels of employees and customers in a global matrix management environment
  • Experience working across multiple countries, functions and product lines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively present to audiences inside and outside the company
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with peers, management, cross-functional teams and third parties
