Product & Innovation Management Assistant

Your role in our team

As a Product & Innovation Management Assistant, your main role is to enable the organization’s decision-making toward products, markets and business competitiveness by providing information, assistance and process framework that foster the integration, development and harmonization of products, technologies and innovation. Specifically:

  • Structure and maintain the collaboration platform for R&D and Product Management;
  • Enable and facilitate cross-entity alignment and harmonization of processes, practices, documentation and communication;
  • Enable and support alignment of product portfolio with corporate directives;
  • Establish and assure communication of product portfolio roadmaps and developments to internal and/or external stakeholders;
  • Support local Product Managers by preparing and executing Product Management related tasks (e.g.: Product trainings, sales trainings, catalogues, marketing & communication materials, etc.);
  • Identify, research and report trends, technologies, competitors, market landscapes and business models to support strategy definition and decision-making;
  • Preparation of reports and strategic presentations to support strategy definition and decision making;
  • Plan, prepare and execute brainstorming/ideation sessions with internal and/or external stakeholders for identification of innovation opportunities;
  • Structure, communicate and improve innovation framework to enable and support local entities ideate, access and develop innovation initiatives;
  • Support local entities to structure, access and communicate innovation initiatives at local and corporate level;
  • Collection and structure technology related information to enable identification and monitoring of strategic topics;
  • Support of the VP R&D and Product Management in day to day business.


Your profile

  • Successfully graduated from technical, business, technology or innovation studies, with Master’s degree;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Product Management (Roadmaping, Business case, Stakeholders mapping and management), Go-to-market coordination (training, communication, marketing, releases) and Innovation management (Process, Open Innovation, Innovation Systems, Front-end of Innovation);
  • Business fluent in English, both written and verbal;
  • Certification in Agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM Product Owner) is a plus;
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling and pitch skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, able to network and communicate with different stakeholders, from management level to operations;
  • Structured and result-oriented, with analytical and logical thinking skills;
  • Innovative thinking and passion for trends;
  • Motivated self-starter with hands-on approach.
