Spare Parts Sales Manager

Your role in our team

As a Spare Parts Sales Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Parts division including sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, marketing programs, pricing, and inventory. This position plays a significant role in developing our spare parts business and support the growth of our after-sales support capabilities.


Main tasks:

  • Establish and implement a sales plan to achieve spare parts business objectives;
  • Drive and monitor sales, taking necessary actions to ensure that goals are met;
  • Draft and engage both marketing strategies and sales initiatives, to maintain competitiveness, increase sales revenue and conquer market share;
  • Systemize spare parts operations, namely track customers’ scheduled services and proactively develop service-related parts sales;
  • Lead daily activities of the Customer Service Spare Parts Sales Team, monitoring the Team and its procedures’ efficiency, to ensure that customer orders are processed in a timely manner and sales objectives are met;
  • Provide ongoing leadership, coaching and training for the Team, to assure they have the necessary skills to meet the position’s requirements;
  • Perform inventory management to avoid surplus and obsolete stocks;
  • Manage spare parts sales’ accounts receivable.


Your profile

  • University degree;
  • 5+ years of machinery, automotive or similar, parts sales and marketing;
  • Previous experience in team leading;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Solid user-level experience in Salesforce and SAP is a plus;
  • Available to travel up to 20%;
  • Fluent English expression, both verbal and written, is a must. Spanish and French languages are welcome.
