Customer Service Administrative Assistant

Your role in our team
Carry out administrative tasks related with Maintenance operations invoicing and cost imputation activities, namely:
•    Draft Service Orders
•    Timesheets verification / validation and registration (Baan and Excel)
•    Maintenance interventions reporting process and invoicing
•    Maintenance contracts scheduled invoicing
•    Issue Purchase Requisitions and manage Purchase Orders for services and materials
•    KPIs data prep and input
Your profile
•    Highschool level academic achievement
•    2 years’ minimum experience in similar role
•    Experienced user of MS Excel and Word
•    Preferably previous experience with MS SharePoint and Power BI, ERPs like Baan or SAP, and CRM software like Salesforce
•    Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Organized and proactive, with high level of autonomy
