We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to support Koerber’s thriving North American business. As Field Marketing Manager, you will be part of an entrepreneurial team in an established, yet rapidly growing business that is transforming the supply chain industry. You will be passionate about B2B marketing and pipeline growth, plus bring a curious mindset that looks to test and optimize new and traditional marketing tactics.


Your role in our team

  • You will develop and implement a regional brand, PR and thought leadership activation plan
  • You will contribute to integrated customer journeys for marketing (B2B) on regional level in close collaboration with sales, product and service teams to increase customer engagement and lead conversion
  • You will develop and implement regional marketing concepts and multi-channel campaigns along the customer journey to support sales within the fields of offline marketing (such as exhibitions, events, advertising, print media) as well as online marketing (such as content for website, social media, email marketing)
  • You will draft content such as blogposts, success stories and flyers in close collaboration with sales, while taking the overall value story into account
  • You will deliver on regional value stories to ensure consistent and value driven sales messaging, contributing to the global content asset repository database drafting content such as articles, posts, white paper, case studies, sales presentations 
  • You will collaborate with the global Digital Marketing & Sales teams to develop and implement a Digital Marketing Plan to generate leads (owned, earned and paid media)
  • You will actively contribute to growth initiatives on a Business unit / Competence level
  • You will monitor regional marketing performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual cycle reporting to the Global Field Marketing Director
  • You will analyze insights and identify performance gaps and/or opportunities making recommendations for action to maximize ROI 


Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, business or related disciplines
  • You have 5 years of relevant experience in international or regional marketing management
  • You are fluent in English and regional required language in both verbal and written communication
  • You have previous experience in logistics 
  • You have proven track record in developing and managing marketing programs and projects, delivering results in time and budget
  • You have strong stakeholder relation management skills
  • You have experience in working with external agencies and the press
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • You have experience in working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as SalesForce, Hubspot, Marketo or similar
  • You have a collaborative spirit with a hands-on and can-do attitude
  • You have a problem solving and decision-making attitude
  • You are creative and innovative, with a “think outside the box” approach
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and material preparation skills
  • You have excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, working well in a rapidly changing environment
  • You have a strong customer commitment
