We have an immediate opening for a Director, Product Management to lead and grow our technology and platforms organization. Your leadership will steer a high-performing, passionate team development organization and will drive a rapid cadence of high-quality product investments and releases in partnership with key stakeholders and product management. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative focus to planning, execution, delivery, and support of strategic products, technologies, and portfolio assets. Your role in our team

  • You transform product strategy into product plans with a focus on timely, quality product delivery to the market

  • You communicate and implement the product vision in support of the business strategy, including maintaining a clear product roadmap aligned to drive customers success and foster aggressive growth

  • You lead and mentor a product management team that thrives on customer interaction, embraces design thinking, and role models a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to execution

  • You manage product lifecycle from opportunity assessment, business and competitive analysis, requirements definition, pricing, development, marketing and product launch

  • You own product launch activities including packaging, pricing, promotion and enablement

  • You partner with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies to win targeted customer segments and create end-to-end operational plans to profitably grow and scale the business

  • You partner with the field marketing team to deliver product management content necessary for product collateral and customer webinars


Your profile

  • You have 10+ years’ experience leading a product management team (at least 5+ as a product manager)

  • You have a track record of mentoring, developing and building the skills of a high energy, global, results oriented product management team

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build consensus across inter-organizational teams and the ability to excite an audience through evangelism

  • You have Pragmatic Marketing Certification Level IV

  • You have experience as product leader in the Agile/Scrum model of product development

  • You have passion and expertise for rapid delivery of flexible software solutions

  • You demonstrate the ability to manage M&A grown portfolio, and implement consistent and mature practices throughout organizations with varying levels of capability

  • You have experience managing portfolios of technology assets (platforms, SDKs, other infrastructural technologies), a plus

  • You have experience managing products with a distributed architecture (Microservices / FaaS) and release pattern, a plus

  • You have experience migrating from on-premise to SaaS delivery and business model, a plus

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience

  • You must be able to travel 50% of the time
