As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Senior Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.


The ideal candidate is someone who has extensive knowledge and background in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and associated processes and systems; has been a Product Manager for an AMR Robotics company, or has experience leading AMR implementations, either for a company or in a consultative role. The ideal candidate also has familiarity with supply chain technology such as Warehouse Control systems, Voice, Robotics, ASRS, automation (conveyor transportation/sortation, Pick-to-Lights, A-Frames, Sorters, etc.), and voice.


Your role in our team

  • You will define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • You will work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
  • You will develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
  • You will develop and manage pricing strategy along with delivering a revenue forecast and roadmap.
  • You will communicate customer requirements consistently and concisely with product development and product owners.
  • You will partner with field marketing team to deliver product management content necessary for product collateral and customer webinars.
  • You will establish and facilitate product governance.
  • You will propose an overall budget to ensure success.
  • You will brief press and analysts, and represent Koerber in trade conferences.


Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • You have experience building, configuring, implementing AMR or WCS solutions in a warehouse environment.
  • You have experience with WMS, WCS, WES systems.
  • You have strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You demonstrate success defining and launching products.
  • You have strong organizational, problem solving, planning and time management skills.
  • You have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build consensus across inter-organizational teams and the ability to excite an audience through evangelism.
  • You have pragmatic Marketing Certification Level IV.
  • You are able to travel 50% of the time.
  • You are fluent in German (this is a plus).
