Your role in our team

  • You will be responsible for all phone traffic/incoming calls
  • You will manage executive staff schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • You will be responsible for back office clerical functions
  • You will provide support to an emerging and expanding office of 5-10 people
  • You will be responsible for the review and approval of expense reports
  • You will ensure office efficiency is maintained by planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and maintenance of office systems
  • You will work with finance teams to support P.O. generation, invoicing and cost accounting activities
  • You will be responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office expenditures
  • You will plan the expenditures, analyzing variances, and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise
  • You will become proficient in specific Körber systems as required
  • You will provide HR support to Atlanta-based Körber employees
  • You will support executive staff with day-to-day operational needs
  • You will support new hire recruiting and orientation
  • You will support sales by writing and putting together proposals 

 

 

Your profile

  • You have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree 
  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience supporting office functions
  • You are proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint technologies
  • You have the ability to interact in a professional manner with teams of engineers, sales directors, and executives
  • You have experience with supply management, office organization and filing systems layout 
  • You have the ability to react to ever-changing business dynamics and systematically perform problem resolution
