As an R&D Product & Project Manager you will be part of our Research & Development Department, managing R&D projects and Packaging Products Portfolio.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Management and coordination of R&D projects according to time, cost and project performance, based on KPIs and market request
  • Collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing and Industrial Engineering for the definition of new products and business opportunities or changes to existing machinery
  • Product life cycle management from launch to phase out
  • Collaboration in drafting and reviewing R&D budget
  • Collaboration in development plan of R&D projects
  • Evaluation of performance and results related to the current portfolio
  • Participation to the future Roadmap definition

 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master degree in Mechanical, Automation or Management Engineering
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP is desired
  • Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams at different levels
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Result oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • Fluent in English and Italian
