Your role in our team

• You will be part of our Operations Department supporting the development of innovative processes and solutions aimed at strengthening the global supply chain within the Business Area Tissue, accelerating the synergy between Group companies and supporting business transformation
• You will contribute to the development of new operating and business models with a specific focus on the Global Supply Chain by redesigning processes, reviewing the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business
• You will plan and monitor activities to check process implementation and targets achievement
• You will contribute to the group KPIs analysis and improvement, also preparing reports to share and improve critical issues and propose improvement solutions
• You will support the Operations team in implementing strategic projects aimed at increasing the operational processes efficiency by using lean and kaizen methodologies
• You will support the team in preparing and sharing information, data and presentations with internal stakeholders
• You will have the opportunity to become part of an international and dynamic environment contributing to supply chain and operations activities worldwide

Your profile

• Master’s Degree in Management/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or similar
• MS Office suite proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI – Qlik) is highly appreciated
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Proactivity, initiative and will to learn
• High interpersonal and communication skills
