Your role

• Manage customers’ requests
• Support customers to indentify and manage spare parts for maintenance of Koerber Tissue converting and packaging lines
• Sale proactively spare parts packages
• Contact customers about the progress of the request
• Interface with Technical Department and standards for clarifications, change requests, replacement materials
• Assure all commercial conditions are included within documentation (prices, discounts, payment terms, partners)
• Interface with Purchasing Department for clarification of delivery times and management of obsolescent materials
• Create and send commercial documents (orders and offers) to customers
• Manage order and offer portfolio through available tools (SAP, BI):
  • • Verify delivery delays and communication with the customer
    • Verify and manage open and incomplete documents
    • Verify and update delivery dates
    • Verifyand manage online orders
• Interface with warehouse for urgent management and clarification request
• Interface with Production Planning for managing pre-assembled assemblies
• Interface with Shipping Department for logistics organization
• Collaborate with Technical Service to take care spare parts after on site and remote service interventions;
• Manage spare parts sent under extra warranty and/or in support of sales
• Collaborate with Administration Office for advance requests, bank guarantees, letter of credit and debt collection
• Manage accompanying spare parts included in the sale of new lines.

Your profile

• Technical Diploma
• Previous Experience as Inside Sales min. 1 year
• Fluent spoken and written English and Italian both
• Knowledge of Techanical Drawing, Bom’s
• Available to travel if it is requested
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and deal with changing priorities.
