Your role in our team

  • You will be part of our Production Department and will design automation solutions for manufacturing process. In particular, you will search for solutions that maximize efficiency, improving the checkout process of our converting machines
  • You will work with a team of technicians to review the current checkout process and implement improvements
  • You will collect information and suggestions from the operational field, identify critical aspects and bottlenecks, trace the causes of the problem and study possible solutions
  • You will refine a standard process that aims to reduce time and continuously improve performance, according to lean manufacturing
  • You will interface with colleagues from various departments involved in the software/mechanical checkout and assembly to analyse together critical issues and share potential solutions
  • You will contribute to the management of a project team, enhancing the synergies between different teams and departments
  • You will gain in depth understanding of manufacturing processes and knowledge of Lean production principles


Your profile

  • Master's degree in Automation, Software, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Strong interest and knowledge background in the automation industry
  • Knowledge of PLC is highly recommended
  • Knowledge of mechanics are also positively evaluated
  • Strong aptitude for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Curious and open to exchange within the team
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to actively contribute to project management
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in Italian
  • Good knowledge of English
