Your role

• You will be part of the Purchasing Department suppporting the expediting process
• You will work closely with the Customer Service Sales Team to facilitate the flow of work and materials and to monitor the delivery process to ensure it meets agreed specifications
• You will solicit suppliers for deliveries of materials
• You will enter the purchase order confirmations
• You will assist in tracking and updating costs
• You will monitor shipping and ensure deadlines are respected
• You will interface with the CS Sales Team to share the information acquired from external suppliers

Your profile

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering/Economics/Business Administration
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Italian and English proficient user both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic
• Team worker
• Problem solver
