Your role

• You will be part of Purchasing department reporting to the Category Leader Indirects
• You will support the team for daily activities regarding the procurement of non-production materials and services required for the business
• You will work on the supplier database to ensure the correct category assignment, data management and update
• You will create requests for quote with suppliers using SAP tool
• You will prepare purchase orders using SAP
• You will manage purchasing order confirmations
• You will monitor goods receipt
• You will manage purchasing KPI’s together with the Category Leader Indirects
• You will collaborate with Buyer Indirects Team throughout negotiation and contract phases
• You will carry out all the purchasing activities in compliance with the Group policies

Your profile

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• MS Office proficiency
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Italian and English proficient user
• Strong communication skills
• Team worker
• Goals and results oriented
• Problem solver
• Strong work ethic
