Your role

• You will be part of the Production Department reporting to the Planning Coordinator
• You will support the Planning team in developing new processes for the improvement of planning activities
• You will contribute to re-define processes and information flows between the planning department and the production department
• You will ensure alignment between production and planning regarding changes and activity progress
• You will also interface with Technical Departments to share information and documents necessary to start the purchasing and production phases
• You will contribute to manage the projects related to the production of our fold lines, by monitoring the progress of the processes
• You will acquire planning knowledge applied to the manufacturing industry

Your profile

• Technical diploma or Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar
• Strong communication and team working skills
• Organization
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• MS Office proficiency
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Fluent in Italian
• Good knowledge of English
