Your Role in our Team

• You will be a part of an international cross-functional team with profound finance domain expertise, bringing together processes, data, and technology to accelerate internal digitalization
• You will collaborate regularly with the headquarter functions and Finance Hub Organization to influence and design complex record to report process issues and ensure the implementation of solutions in time and the high quality for the key projects
• In addition you will understand the existing architecture in S/4 and provide guidance on incorporating new entities
• You will initiate and drive the continuous improvement of financial reporting and related policies, processes, and applications
• You will advise on technical issues and processing logics in accordance with strategic requirements, using innovative and digital approaches within S/4HANA Group Reporting
• You will be the key contributor to finance transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on group consolidation and reporting
• Also you will support the full application lifecycle starting with first ideation workshops and consulting over successful prototypes until the go-live of an enterprise-ready application and operations
• As S/4HANA Group Reporting Manager you will lead the technical data migration for consolidation, including framing rules and providing guidance on extracting information from historical data not migrated to Group Reporting

Your Profile

• You hold a successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification
• Familiarity with group closing/financial consolidation topics
• Technical or functional experience in consolidation software like S/4HANA Group Reporting
• Experience in the finance area as well as in IT (diverse backgrounds welcome, e.g., industry, consultancy, academia, etc.)
• A “Tell it like it is” communication style and presentation skills in German (mandatory) and English
• Passionat to explore, analyze and run the latest products, technologies, and innovations
• Excellent analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset as well as having an entrepreneurial spirit
• Motivated, flexible and the ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
