Your role

• Develop detailed engineering for conveying technology systems;
• Analyze layouts and system parts, identifying faults and specific requirements;
• Identify and validate technical specifications;
• Design steelwork (maintenance platforms, crossovers, stairs, etc.);
• Deliver mechanical design documentation for customer approval;
• Coordinate building interfaces (space requirements, architectural clashes, accessibility, safety, etc.);
• Handle both internal and external clients;
• Create and manage installation documentation;
• Manage site problem reports and open points;
• Support installation and commissioning teams on-site when needed.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Strong skills in AutoCAD; knowledge of other software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks, Revit) is a plus;
• Strong language skills in English, both verbal and written (mandatory);
• Experience in steel structures and layout design;
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment safety standards (e.g., Machinery Directive);
• Team spirit, leadership skills, organizational capacity, and a proactive mindset;
• Willingness to travel locally or internationally for periods of up to 1 month per year;
• Availability to work across different time zones when required;
• Ability to work within an international environment
• Being located in or near the Lisbon Metropolitan Area is preferable;
