To minimize downtime and enhance asset performance, we are investing in predictive maintenance strategies. We are seeking a Team Lead for Predictive Maintenance to drive this initiative, leading a team of engineers and data specialists in developing advanced analytics leading to AI-driven maintenance solutions.
Your Role
As the Product Owner - Team Lead , you will play a critical role in shaping predictive maintenance strategies for Körber’s automated systems. You will lead a team to develop and deploy data-driven predictive maintenance strategies, IoT-based condition monitoring, and reliability analytics, ensuring the seamless operation of our parcel automation assets.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and data specialists in predictive maintenance initiatives.
- Align strategy, scope and timeline with product line management in HQ and follow Digital Strategy of Körber Supply Chain.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies for Körber’s parcel logistics automation systems focusing on customer needs.
- Utilize AI, machine learning, and IoT sensors to monitor asset health and predict failures.
- Analyze equipment performance data to optimize maintenance schedules and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and data science) to enhance asset reliability.
- Define best practices for reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and failure mode analysis (FMEA).
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies in industrial AI and condition-based maintenance.
- Ensure seamless integration of predictive maintenance solutions with Körber’s existing software and industrial automation platforms.
- Support the Sales team with technical expertise
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Proven experience leading teams in a software or automation enviroment;
- Hands-on experience with high-speed sorting and automation systems in parcel logistics or supply chain (nice to have);
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, and industrial IoT (IIoT);
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and experience developing microservice applications. Familiarity with the frameworks Spring Boot, FastAPI, or Angular;
- Knowledge of data analytics tools, cloud platforms, and reliability-centered maintenance methodologies.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Proven experienced in agile development methods;
