We are looking for an experienced software developer to develop and integrate the latest methods from robotics, machine learning, and AI for use in robotics applications in the field of logistics and supply chain management. You will work on algorithms that make machines intelligent and adaptive and enable decision-making, motion control, and object manipulation in complex, dynamic environments.
Your role
- Development and implementation of deep learning methods for robotics applications, in particular for vision-based decision-making, motion control, and object manipulation
- Creation and testing of software for the overall control of robots in industrial environments
- Integration of deep learning models into the hardware and software of robotics applications
- Conducting research on new deep learning techniques for robotics
Your profile
- University degree or doctorate in computer science, robotics, or comparable fields with a specialization in robotics and machine learning
- Methodical and practical experience in the fields of robotics, deep learning, and deep reinforcement learning
- In-depth experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with simulation environments such as Nvidia Isaac Sim, Omniverse, Mujoco, Unity, or similar
- Knowledge of robotics frameworks such as ROS, OROCOS, or similar
- Excellent programming skills in Python and C++
- Experience with vision frameworks (e.g. OpenCV) is an advantage
- Experience with Linux, Git, and Docker is an advantage
