Your role in our team

  • You will focus on the financial and business aspects of the company´s operations to support the team in meeting or exceeding planned financial objectives.
  • You will support accurate project cost controlling at both local and consolidated levels.
  • You will verify financial transactions comply with internal and external regulations/guidelines.
  • You will provide necessary information for internal and external audits.
  • You will analyze deviations of actuals from budget and forecast, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • You will prepare financial forecasts, including cost centers and internal projects.
  • You will identify, evaluate, mitigate and report risks and opportunities in assigned areas.
  • You will process accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and invoicing accurately and on time.
  • You will perform additional tasks as identified or assigned by the manager.

 

Your profile

  • You have proven experience as a Business Controller or Analyst
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. CPA preferred.
  • You have strong knowledge of balance sheet P/L, net working capital.
  • You have a minimum 3 years of experience building financial and operational reports/data entering sets to inform business decision-making.
  • You have strong knowledge of key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
  • You have proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • You have at least 3 years of advanced experience with SAP (mandatory).
  • You have advanced Excel skills.
  • You have exposure to international business in matrix organizations is preferred.
  • You have demonstrated ability to drive results and implement strategies for managing complex projects.
  • You have experience with strategic planning and risk management methodologies to navigate uncertainty and change.
  • You have the ability to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is an asset.
