IT Sourcing Manager (m/f/x)
Your role in our team
- Define the Global strategy and ensure local (strategic sourcing) understanding and feasibility
- Build and lead cost reductions programs for short, medium and long term
- Align and review with internal customers and stakeholders the regional business needs, to prioritize strategic initiatives Globally
- Own the stakeholder relationship and meet with internal customers and stakeholders regularly
- Regulate the balance of local, regional, and Global vendors to choose the most reliable suppliers that add the greatest value
- Negotiate Global agreements and support local negotiations
- Own the contract supplier roadmap, contract definition, and contract management
- Plan and ensure smooth suppliers' transitions
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
- Attend the budgeting process for IT Budget
- Ensure the strategy execution with the tactical procurement team
- Ensure business partner alignment with the Global Strategy
- Conduct Supplier QBRs
- Deliver the most sustainable, quality and cost-cutting goods and services
- Travel, in order to manage collaboration, with expectations of 10% to 25% of the time
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, or Procurement, or Sourcing, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sourcing experience (ideally in the IT sector), including negotiations with international and national suppliers, through cross functional activities
- Track record of spend optimization and implementing policies across international divisions
- Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader in purchasing activities, vendor collaboration development and compliance
- Technical skills and experience:
- Cloud base solutions, SAAS
- Compliance with GDPR
- MPLS services
- Vendor Risk Management audits
- Supplier development, and QBR / ABR management
- Sustainability programs
