Your role in our team

• Together with your team colleagues, you will support and maintain software solutions for innovative logistics systems for our national and international customers.
• You will analyse incidents, troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable solutions to ensure stable system operations.
• As a full-stack developer, you will maintain, enhance and optimise existing applications in .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript and 3-tier web architectures.
• You will work closely with customers to resolve operational challenges and ensure the reliability and performance of productive systems.
• You will implement change requests and enhancements within existing customer environments while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• You will work with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases to support and improve application performance.
• Your primary focus will be on application support, maintenance, incident management and continuous improvement of existing customer solutions rather than project-driven software implementations or greenfield development.
• You are willing to participate in a 24x7 support rotation to ensure that business-critical customer systems remain operational.

Your profile

• You have a degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable programme, or you have completed vocational training in IT.
• You have gained initial professional experience in software development, application support, software maintenance or IT operations.
• Candidates with junior to mid-level experience who are eager to develop within a support-oriented role are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, databases or comparable technologies is beneficial.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, Git, SVN or similar tools is an advantage.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a structured approach to troubleshooting.
• You possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset and enjoy working in an international environment.
• You are fluent in English and are willing to participate in a 24x7 on-call and support model.
