A rare opportunity exists on our Worldwide Support team to resolve a variety of technical issues for the Körber Supply Chain (KSC) software suite. This exciting role will require the ability to troubleshoot a variety of complex customer problems with the Körber Supply Chain software suite, Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS reports, and other 3rd party vendor software. This position will also interface with customer administrator, IT teams, project leaders, product developers, and implementers on support issues and assisting with the research of problems.

 

 

Your role in our team

  • You troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Körber Supply Chain K-Motion products
  • You quantify issues and provide supporting data if issues are escalated to ERP Vendor, Körber Supply Chain, Vocollect, RF Hardware Provider, or other third parties
  • You develop and mentor operation’s team members as Warehouse Management System (WMS) “Super Users” and Trainers on warehouse and distribution best practices with WMS
  • You may be required to be on a rotational on-call support and backup assistance for 24/7 coverage.

 

 

 Your profile

  • You have obtained a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • You have experience with computer programming and basic understanding of computer programming languages
  • You have intermediate experience in MS SQL databases, queries and stored procedures
  • You have experience with MS SQL programming (T-Sql), and basic understanding of SQL performance monitoring and query tuning
  • You have gained supply chain and distribution industry knowledge and experience
  • You have experience with barcode scanning and RF hardware (Intermec, LXE, Motorola, Symbol)
  • You must have strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task
  • You have excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • You have the ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
  • You have strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • You may have 1-3 years technical customer support experience
  • You may have Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) expertise
  • You may have Labeling (BarTender or Loftware) experience as a plus
  • Your reporting in MS SSRS experience is a plus
  • Your experience with network operating systems, wireless hardware configuration and setup, and/or reporting application tools are a plus
  • Your Experience or industry knowledge in supply chain management solutions is beneficial
