Your role in our team

• You will prepare and post monthly journal entries.

• You will prepare account reconciliations.

• You will document internal operating and control procedures.

• You will review processes, recommend improvements, and work with IT on implementing process changes.

• You will assist in preparing schedules for auditors.

• You will assist with monthly and year-end closes and audits, adhering to corporate deadlines.

• You will complete special projects as required - will then present results of budget or cost planning to senior management.

Your profile

• You have a BA / BS degree in Accounting or related field/or equivalent experience.

• You have 5+ years of experience in a traditional (GL, balance sheet, journal entries, account reconciliations) accounting role.

• You have 2+ years of Payroll accounting experience.

• Your knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.

• Your CPA certification is a plus.

• You have analytical and research skills with high attention to detail.

• You have strong time management and organizational skills.

• You are able to multi-task and work well independently and with others.

• You have strong written and oral communication skills.

• You are proficient in Excel and other Microsoft programs.
