IT Consultant/Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your role in our team

  • You will prepare the implementation of our solutions at our sites and our customer’s sites
  • You will perform quality assurance for technological solutions through module, function and integration testing, doing so internally first and then on site in cooperation with the customer later on
  • You will coordinate software installation duties at our customer’s premises
  • You will develop training concepts for user training and carry them out
  • Over the long term, you will rotate with your colleagues to act as a point of telephone contact for technical support for the customer
  • You will do research if there are problems and fix errors in the software application
  • You will develop extensions independently as well as in collaboration with the roll-out team

 

Your profile

  • Degree from a university of applied sciences, a completed IT specialist traineeship or corresponding practical IT knowledge
  • Interest in or experience with relational database systems, preferably Oracle
  • Practical experience with a programming language, preferably Java
  • Good spoken and written German, Spoken and written English desirable
  • You would enjoy working on national as well as international projects
  • Personality and strong communication skills
  • Logical and structured way of thinking and sense of personal responsibility when working
  • Reliable, flexible, committed and resilient
  • Willingness to travel and teamwork skills round out your profile
