Körber Parcel Logistics is a global leader in Mail & Parcel logistics and offers the most innovative solutions worldwide. We are on a tremendous growth path in the dynamic US market and are seeking a talented Business Develop Manager to join our team of entrepreneurs at our location in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our customers to analyze their operation and develop automation concepts and solutions to automate manual processes.
  • Use data and analytics to develop ROI based strategies for value selling solutions.
  • Work closely with various internal disciplines such as engineering, PM, PLM, and SCM to develop opportunity business case, ROI model, and/or concept prototypes.
  • Lead all aspects of development of value based selling strategies for profitable growth.
  • You will monitor competitors and industry segments by gathering market intelligence on pricing, products, and relevant technologies.
  • Present concepts and ROI models to customer stakeholders and guide them to make informative and win-win decisions.

 

Your profile

  • You have 7+ years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or account management in enterprise software systems, mail sortation, industrial automation, or related field.
  • You are proficient in software architecture concepts such as Cloud Native architecture, Edge Computing, ML, and similar software technologies.
  • You have a technical background in software(preferred), mechanical or controls engineering.
  • You have a bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • You can develop business opportunities through data analytics and process optimization.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present both technical and business topics to small or large audiences.
  • You have the ability to blend "Big Picture" ideas with the ability to execute details necessary to succeed.
  • You have a commitment to outstanding customer service and the ability to build solid client relationships as a trusted partner.
