The Chief of Staff provides high-level administrative support to the executive team. This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, communication, project management, and multitasking skills. The chief of staff helps oversee strategic initiatives, manage special projects, and communicate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to effective communication strategies across the organization.
Your role in our team
- You will coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas and materials, and create detailed notes for executive meetings.
- You will manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- You will assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- You will coordinate the Plan for Strategic Initiatives, which will improve workflow, teamwork, and budget management by providing data analysis and metrics.
- You will assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, including expense management.
- You will manage CEO’s priorities ensuring that key deadlines are met.
- You will ensure company compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
- You will support marketing strategy by working closely with the marketing team and helping drive key marketing initiatives and special projects.
- You will collaborate in data-driven decision-making by analyzing KPIs that measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- You will draft, edit, and proofread internal communications, including newsletters, emails, and presentations.
- You will assist in the preparation of confidential internal communication.
- You will work with Marketing to maintain corporate branding and ensure consistency across all communications.
- you will coordinate communication between departments and teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging and ensure general communication is cascaded to all department heads.
- You are a crisis Management Liaison.
- You will plan and lead strategic initiatives to drive performance and growth.
- You will support special projects by ensuring timely completion and follow-up. Assess risk, cost, and work required to achieve it, then facilitate and oversee the project through completion.
Your profile
- You have obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- You have gained 5+ years of experience in top executive-level administrative support, projects, and communication.
- You have proven Strong organizational skills.
- Proven Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You can listen empathetically.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and others such as Power BI.
- You have proven ability to keep top-level confidence.
- You have experience in implementing strategic planning and execution.
- Your knowledge of fiscal planning, budgeting, and reporting is desired.
- Project Management Certifications desired.
- Good business acumen.
- You have strong time management and organizational skills.
- You can work independently.
- You can execute project coordination, budget management, and data analysis.
- You have strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- You can work under pressure.
- You have problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- You have strong attention to detail.
