Your role in our team

• You will lead partnership with management of business segment to drive financial performance against very complex goals.

• You will ensure protection of company assets, application of most complex control procedures, and financial planning and reporting within stated guidelines and policies.

• You will provide active risk management within subject area and drive organizational alignment with strategy.

• You will build effective business relationships to achieve goals.

• You will lead invention of creative strategies for dealing with constraints and pursuing opportunities.

• You will apply advanced analytical techniques which are necessary to gain greater insight and perspective on problems.

• You will make recommendations based on advanced root cause and alternative solution analysis.

• You will define work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.

• You will develop and manage departmental budgets and/or business plans for the segment.

Your profile

• You have a BS/BA in Accounting, Business Administration or advanced degree, CPA is a plus.

• You have advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area managed and good knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact.

• You have a full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.

• You have experience as a project controller

• You must have strong oral and written communication skills.

• You must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

• You have superior collaboration skills with the ability to operate in a fluid environment.

• You have proven leadership and supervisory acumen.

• You have 10+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successfully demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
