Your role in our team
- You will lead the Product team, the Solutions team, and R&D team from the planning to execution stages of the Product lifecycle.
- You will ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- You will develop and manage a comprehensive Product roadmap.
- You will keep other executives updated with the latest developments regarding the product lifecycle and roadmap.
- You will continuously collaborate with business partners and leadership teams to achieve product goals.
- You will efficiently manage teams, identifying potential problems with team members proactively, and taking appropriate action.
- You will manage development methodologies and work closely with Engineering and Sales to direct product development efforts.
- You will determine Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and motivate the team towards achieving them.
- You will define the strategy and vision for automation solutions and successfully bring related products to market.
- You will communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical people.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- You have 10+ years of experience leading Product and Research teams.
- You have 10+ years of experience in MHE focused on Parcel.
- You have experience in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
- You have mastered the Product Lifecycle and roadmap creation process.
- You have a strong understanding of data and proficiency in using data to measure progress towards key metrics.
- You have exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
- You have strong analytical and and problem solving skills.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have proven ability to foresee issues and take proactive steps to minimize problems before they occur.
