Your role in our team

  • You will execute, modify and develop robust test procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of products across the supply chain.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Software, and Simulation to meet customer requirements within project timelines and budgets.
  • You will review and analyze customer documentation to extract technical and functional requirements.
  • You will assist in the design of test plans, scenarios, environments, procedures, and scripts tailored to specific system needs.
  • You will create detailed, repeatable documentation of test procedures to ensure full coverage and compliance with standards.
  • You will communicate clearly with project teams, management, and customers to resolve technical issues and document resolutions.
  • You will design, implement, and maintain automated testing tools, updating them to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • You will provide feedback to development teams, including insights on improvements, challenges, and additional test needs.
  • You will represent Körber in customer-facing meetings throughout the development and execution of test phases.
  • You will execute both hardware and software tests to validate product performance and reliability.
  • You will implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and product quality.
  • You will collaborate with product development, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • You bring 1 to 7 years of experience in test engineering, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
  • You have strong knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and JIRA software.
  • You demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and performance evaluation.
  • You excel in problem-solving, are detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills.
  • You learn new and complex systems quickly
  • You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and possess strong communication and leadership abilities. 
  • You are able to meet the requirements to obtain a USPS sensitive clearance
