  • You will champion quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery performance throughout the release process.
  • You will represent the project release function during customer visits, readiness reviews, and installation ramp-up meetings; travel to sites as needed.
  • You will lead or contribute to strategic initiatives that improve release processes, system accuracy, and project execution efficiency.

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing-related project matters and facilitate collaboration among diverse technical and business teams.
  • You will support new product introductions (NPI), process improvement initiatives, and technology transfers.
  • You will foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within project teams.
