Your role in our team

  • You will manage automated material handling projects in Warehouse Automation & Integration, as well as Parcel Sortation throughout North America.

  • You will lead administrative, contractual, technical, and financial aspects of the projects.

  • You will lead and organize the project team and develop effective relationships.

  • You will preserve the integrated system design to meet the system performance and technical specification requirements.

  • You will manage the project master schedule to achieve timely completion of the contract, both internal commitments and actions as well as holding the customer accountable for their commitments.

  • You will report weekly/monthly project status.

  • You will act as the primary interface with customer and key stakeholders.

  • You will lead a multi-disciplined team and sub-contractors; manage conflict, establish priorities, coordinate many concurrent and sequencing activities, develop the people associated with the team, promote effective interactions among many departments, and provide the project team with leadership.

  • You will manage risks and seek opportunities.

  • You will manage overall project budget, with goal of concluding project at or below financial plan.

  • You will exercise overall profit responsibility for the total project.

  • You will perform other duties as required by management and as required by the demands of current projects.

 

Your profile

  • You have a minimum five (5)+ years of Project Management experience demonstrating increasing levels of project value and complexity.

  • You have experience, knowledge and skills to supervise and perform contracting work, with hands-on experience in the following fields: electrical, building construction, and mechanical projects.

  • You are able to provide a minimum of three (3) projects in each field or provide license numbers for all states you are currently or previously been licensed

  • You are able to provide at least three (3) references to document commercial / industrial work completed.

  • You have executed projects in excess of $100M

  • You have a BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field.

  • You have experience managing complex group of stakeholders and consultants within complex project environments.

  • You have PMP, P.E., or LEED Certification/Accreditation a plus.

  • You have strong subcontract or management experience a plus.

  • You have experience working for an international organization a plus.

  • You have experience successfully operating in a cross-functional team environment

  • You have eexcellent organization skills, detail oriented and the ability to work with a high work load with interruptions and deadlines in an open environment.

  • You are able to travel up to 50%, and as warranted based upon project needs.
