The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level positions. This includes developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing headhunting and evaluating candidates, and conducting interviews.
In this role, the Senior Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met while delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. As the Senior Recruiter you will focus on attracting talent and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience both for USA and Canada. Your role in our team
- You will review the job requirements for each position for continuous accurate alignment in the job market and, if necessary, recommend changes in alignment with the HRBP’s
- Assist with the creation of the strategy to build a rich external talent pipeline directly linked to key roles/critical skills that ensures successful conversion of talent pipeline prospects into active successful candidates
- Exercise discretion, while remaining legally compliant, when interviewing candidates along with making recommendations that serve as a valued component in the decision-making process
- You will advertise open roles on careers pages, job boards, and social media platforms; including attending relevant external meetings/conferences to meet and assess talent proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Function as the single point of contact for candidates/new hires prior to their date of employment
- Review resumes, screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, present shortlisted applicants, coordinate interview logistics, and provide hiring recommendations
- Create and ensure continuous improvement of standards, policies and procedures within the recruiting process
- You will ensure that relevant company information and candidates are shared across locations and BA’s
- Produce work according to defined Global Process
- Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the most qualified and diverse candidates
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers to track recruiting progress; adjust strategies as needed to ensure timely and successful placements
- You will provide regular updates and detailed reporting on recruiting activities, ensuring accountability for meeting defined recruitment metrics and goals
- Network with technical schools and universities on developing recruitment programs to attract an applicant pool for open positions for all in conjunction with VP of HR
Occasional Functions:
- HR Communication and Knowledge base management
- Complete HR Shared Services projects and improvement activities as needed
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 - 10 years of experience as full-cycle recruiter in fast paced environment including direct sourcing and cold calling
- Experience in recruiting, desired experience for the following roles: Supply Chain Software and Automation, Robotics, Material Handling, Manufacturing Logistics, and Warehouse
- Effective communication skills is required
- English language skills is required, Spanish is a plus
- You are proficient in MS Office suite
- Your SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now and general HRIS experience is preferred
- Experience in HR, specifically high-volume recruiting technical roles, EEO and compliance
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching and candidate research
- Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with business leaders; ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment
- You thrive at building collaborative relationships across a dynamic organization
- Ability to organize skills assessments
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- You are a collaborative team player
- Position preferably to be locate in DFW, hybrid work mode

- Your annual base pay range for this role is estimated to be $120,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting.
