Your Role in Our Team

• You will act as an engineer for an international engineering and commissioning team.

• You plan, calculate, design, develop, test and modify experimental and/or operational electrical concepts or subsystems.

• You will ensure the realization of electrical engineering projects within the planned cost, quality, and time frame.

• You will support the quotation managers in the calculation of project-related electrical engineering adaptations and project implementations.

• Your main Tasks are:

  • Developing electrical components.

  • Testing electrical components.

  • Identifying and selecting components, materials, parts, and semi-products appropriate for electrical system design.

  • Creating electrical models and tolerance analyses to simulate electrical design concepts.

  • Calculating and creating final layout including documentation and specification for parts, assemblies or finished products.

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's and/or an Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• You have experience in integrating and maintaining mechanical components for automation and industrial machinery.

• You are familiar with common bus systems such as Ethernet, Profinet, AS-I Bus, and CAN Bus.

• Expertise in electrical systems design, control systems, and integration of electrical components for automation in logistics.

• You have experience with control panels, sensors, actuators, and electrical drives used in automated material handling systems.

• You are familiar with industry standards and regulations related to electrical and automation systems in logistics.

• Experience in robotics, material handling systems, and logistics automation is a plus.

• Teamwork, intercultural competence, reliability, independence and the willingness to travel worldwide.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, German is a plus.
