Controller (m/f/d)
As a Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the financial transparency and strategic decision-making of our organization. You will be responsible for managing cost center and productivity controlling, financial planning, and reporting processes in close collaboration with various departments. Your analytical skills and proactive mindset will contribute to the continuous improvement of our controlling systems and processes.
Your role in our team
- Oversee cost center and productivity controlling for actuals, budgets, and forecasts in coordination with relevant departments
- Coordinate internal projects and personnel planning with cross-functional teams
- Manage order intake and sales reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Lead financial planning and investment controlling activities
- Support the optimization of controlling processes and systems
- Prepare and deliver monthly reporting to management and the group
- Drive the further development of internal and external reporting structures
- Contribute to operational and strategic corporate planning, including forecasts and ad hoc analyses
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Accounting or Corporate Management
- Several years of professional experience in Controlling and/or Financial Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP S4Hana FI/CO; experience with LucaNet and Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, reliability, and a team-oriented working style
- High level of integrity and sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
