Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for large-scale projects in intralogistics - fully remote possible

  

Your role in our team

 

  •  You will be responsible for independently coordinating all project-related activities during the planning, procurement, production, on-site assembly, and commissioning of systems in close consultation with the customer, subcontractors, and authorities.

  • You will lead an experienced project team.

  • You will be responsible for convening and chairing all project meetings.

  • You will be responsible for claim management vis-à-vis the customer and subcontractors.

  • You will be responsible for documenting important milestones and will assume full responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality.

  • You will respond to changes in sub-goals and the budget and take corrective action in the event of deviations.

  • You report on project progress to divisional and senior management.

 

Your profile 

 

  • You have technical training or a degree in mechanical engineering, automation technology, or industrial engineering. Alternatively, as an architect or civil engineer, you have in-depth knowledge of investment project management.

  • You already have several years of professional experience as a project manager, preferably in the logistics industry. Additional experience in the management of turnkey projects is an advantage.

  • You are characterized by organizational and negotiation skills, good communication skills, and a goal-oriented approach to work coupled with assertiveness.

  • You are proficient in MS Office (including MS Project) and have good CAD and SAP skills.

  • You have very good written and spoken English skills.

  • You are willing to travel domestically and internationally (50% DACH plus Eastern Europe region).
