Improving the invoice registration and approval process, specifically by changing/implementing new processes, improving tools or new working methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Reducing the time it takes to register and approve each invoice;
• Improving the use/implementation of the software used for this purpose;
• Describing/amending/improving the process for registering and approving invoices;
• Drawing up control maps of unapproved invoices, to report to the Management team and to support decision-making.    

Your profile

• Degree in Economics/Management/Accounting;
• Autonomy and Proactivity;
• Teamwork;
