your role in our team
As a Technical Manager you will lead and oversee technical operations with a focus on delivering customized solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks
Main Responsabilities
• Perform the analysis of the specifications and the commercial proposals associated with the different customers, in order to develop the system design that is best suited to the requirements, specificities and needs of the customers.
• Validate compliance with the previously defined budget and continuously seek to boost profitability levels.
• Perform the definition of the system layout through its representation in the plan.
• Perform the identification of the equipment, machinery and transportation necessary for the commissioning.
• Perform the articulation with the project manager, to guarantee the alignment and communication necessary to the dev elopment of the solutions.
• Provide and transfer the necessary information on the activities developed, ensuring that the solution corresponds to the needs and expectations of various customers.
• Perform the development of the technical specifications of the equipment, namely, define and clarify their electrical and safety characteristics.
• Monitor the development of the activities, controlling if they occur according to the previously defined plan of activities, fulfilling the criteria, requirements and quality rules established and agreed with customers.
• Perform the updating of the planning, namely, update the state of evolution and development of various projects.
• Set the test solution and monitor processes on customer achieving the acceptance tests, assuring the correct startup of the product and that test procedures are totality fulfilled.
• Validate the implementation of applicable safety standards, namely, ensure that machine and low voltage directives are met.
• Promote resource management, namely, ensure the planning of project development activities.
• Promote the information reportings for the management area (performance indicators) in order to provide the necessary information for decision making processes.

- Degree in Electrotechnical / Mechanical Engineering ((with specialization in Automation
- PLC's and HMI Programming
- Automation
- Electronic Equipment Parametrization
- Safety Standards ( Machinery and Low Voltage Directives)
- Methodologies and Testing Procedures
- AutoCad
- MS Office
- English
