Your role in our team:
As a Continuous Improvement EMEA Senior Manager, you will divre organizational efficiency, quality, and waste reduction by analyzing workflows, implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Cross-functional teams work is needed, track KPIs to measure success, and facilitate training on process improvement, such as Kaizen, to enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize productivity, cost-reduction, and quality (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 5S)
• Identify, analyze, and improve business processes, workflows, and procedures
• Lead improvement projects from inception to completion, managing project scope, timeline, and resources
• Utilize data analytics to measure process performance, track KPIs, and report to senior leadership
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, facilitate Kaizen events, and train employees on problem-solving tools
• Proficient in data analysis to identify bottlenecks and validate improvements
Your profile:
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. A master's degree (MBA) is a plus
• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in process improvement, manufacturing, or operations
• Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping
• Black Belt. PMI is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, JMP, SQL), process mapping software, and, increasingly, AI/digital tools
• Excellent skills in leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and managing change
