Your role in our team

As a Customer Service Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering automation solutions for system upgrades, ensuring compliance with stringent technical specifications and regulatory standards, while continuously driving innovation to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your profile

• Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of specifications and technical requirements of the equipment to be developed, according to the requirements of the product, customer specification and applicable standards and regulations.
• Design the architecture of the solutions taking into account the approved specifications. 
• Validate that the design of the solution is sufficiently detailed so that the development of the solution is as close as possible to what is intended. 
• Validate that all specifications are reflected in the solution design. 
• Perform calculations of electrical nature, to assess the cable sizing, cabling typology and the power requirements that must be integrated into the solution to be developed. 
• Elaborate and program the control algorithms.
 Contribute to the documentation of the products according to the results of the projects (manuals, data sheet, documentation for the production, installation, etc.) and the tests of releases of products. 
• Prepare specific documents within the scope of the project whenever necessary. 
• Support, whenever necessary, the process of elaborating user support documentation.
• Promote and encourage the incorporation of new technological trends that make the operation of the area more complete, effective, efficient and profitable, ensuring and improving the service provided to customers. 
• Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods. 

 

Your profile

  • College degree in Electrical or Mechanical Automation Engineering;
    Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar jobs with experience in programming
    Knowledge of SIMATIC TIA Portal V16 (STEP 7 and WinCC);
  •  Professional experience in PLC programming,
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
  • Available for national and international mobility (35% of time); ;
    Systematic and Customer-oriented;
    Self-motivated, proactive and team-spirited.
