Customer Service - Mechanical Engineer
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of innovative mechanical solutions for system upgrades by collaboratively analyzing technical specifications, designing robust architectures, and ensuring thorough validation to meet product requirements and regulatory standards. You will actively participate in technical documentation, integration of emerging technologies, risk analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety policies. Through these activities, you will help enhance customer satisfaction and support business profitability.
Your role in our team
Design the architecture, sketch, calculate and detail the new solutions to be developed, meeting the established deadlines, quality requirements, standards and regulations.
• Perform calculations of static, kinematic and dynamic nature, in order to assess the strength and characteristics of the mechanical assemblies that should integrate the solution to be developed.
• Perform the creation of items and bills of materials in the ERP, as well as ensure their correct identification and submission in the system.
• Contribute to the documentation of the products according to the results of the projects, including manuals, data sheet, documentation for the production, installation, etc., and the tests of releases of products and prepare specific documents within the scope of the project whenever necessary.
• Support the process of elaborating user support documentation, whenever necessary, to ensure that the information is consolidated and available for consultation with the appropriate quality.
• Promote and encourage the incorporation of new technological trends that make the operation of the area more complete, effective, efficient and profitable, ensuring and improving the service provided to customers.
• Maintain an active permanent technological radar, in order to ensure the updating and differentiation of the product's portfolio.
Your Profile
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in machines or structures design
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions
• CAD software proficient (AutoCAD, Inventor or similar)
• Results orientated, with strong time and priorities management skills
• Analytical Capacity & Critical Thinking • Team player with excellent communications skills• Autonomous, self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Flexibility
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Knowledge of Machinery Safety standards is a plus
