As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will ensure that cybersecurity controls and processes are effectively implemented and continuously improved across our intralogistics solutions, industrial automation systems, and connected manufacturing environments.
You will work closely with IT, engineering, production, and quality teams to validate processes, support compliance activities, and help maintain a secure operational landscape.
Your role

Ensure cybersecurity controls and processes are properly implemented across IT and OT environments.

Validate and document key security processes (patching, access management, incident response, data handling).

Support compliance with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST CSF, GDPR, and internal policies.

Participate in audits, providing evidence of process adherence and control effectiveness.

Identify control gaps, track remediation, and assess risks for new systems or network changes.

Support incident investigations and verify accuracy of reports and follow-up actions.

Maintain documentation and produce reports and dashboards on cybersecurity KPIs.
Your profile:
-
Degree in Information Security, Industrial IT, Engineering, Risk Management, or similar.

3–5 years in cybersecurity, IT/OT risk management, or process assurance.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environments.

Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, MES, IIoT and industrial cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST 800-82).

Strong process-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to analyse and document cybersecurity controls effectively.

Strong communication across IT, engineering, and operations.

Solid understanding of network security, access control, and data protection in industrial settings.

Security+, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, IEC 62443 certifications (prefered)
