Your role in our team:
As Facilities & General Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all company buildings — including the factory (Warehouse, Production, Quality Tests, R&D tests Lab, Shipping) and office locations — are fully operational, legally compliant, well-maintained, and provide a safe and efficient environment for employees and visitors. This role oversees maintenance operations, workplace services, fleet management, travel coordination, asset management, and vendor relations. It plays a crucial role in supporting the business continuity and overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of all company buildings, equipment, and infrastructures, ensuring full compliance with legal and safety standards (aligned with responsibilities such as maintaining buildings, ensuring safety compliance, and implementing maintenance schedules)
• Coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations (all ISOS), including maintaining proper documentation, emergency plans, and safety procedures
• Manage the company’s vehicle fleet, including procurement, leasing contracts, insurance, maintenance scheduling, and cost optimization
• Monitor vehicle usage and ensure compliance with internal fleet policies
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive terms and service excellence
• Oversee the company’s travel program, including travel agency coordination, policy updates, vendor negotiations, and service agreements
• Ensure an efficient, cost-effective travel experience for employees, aligned with internal guidelines
• Support employees and managers with travel-related queries and escalations
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all company fixed assets, ensuring full lifecycle management and correct allocation
• Oversee space planning and ensure all company spaces remain functional, well-organized, and aligned with branding and workplace standards
• Support expansions, renovations, and office moves when necessary
• Manage cleaning services contracts and ensure high-quality standards across all facilities
• Oversee additional facility services such as waste management, security liaison, catering coordination, and other workplace support services
• Coordinate with other departments to support internal and external events, ensuring spaces, logistics, and resources are prepared
• Provide operational support for townhalls, workshops, visits, and other corporate activities
Your profile:
• Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance operations, or related areas (mirroring typical requirements found in facility manager profiles)
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, workplace safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Solid organizational and planning capabilities
• Proficiency with MS Office tools; experience with maintenance systems or ERP tools is a plus (as indicated for similar roles)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
