Your role in our team:

 

As a Health & Safety Administrative Trainee, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative support for health & safety operations, ensuring organization, document control, and effective communication between teams and with customers, in order to contribute to the protection of assets and people and compliance with internal and legal regulations. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•    Guarantee the existence of the documentation required for the execution of the works in the premises of customers and / or at Headquarters.
•    Support on documentation management
•    Schedule and organize sustainability and health & safety sessions
•    Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure
•    Support on procurement of safety equipment and supplies
•    Participate on sustainability communications

 

Your profile:

 

•    High School minimum, and/or Professional Course in Administration, Safety Management or similar areas
•    1 year of experience in similar positions will be a plus
•    Proficiency in office tools (MS Office)
•   Ability to organize documents 
•    Organization and attention to detail
•   Discretion and confidentiality
•    Clear, concise, and collaborative communication.
•    Hands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving approach
