Lean Process Engineer
Your role in our team
Support process optimization, identify areas for improvement, and implement Lean practices to enhance operational efficiency. Assembly and manufacturing process improvement, promoting Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies across the manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in process analysis, identify waste, propose solutions and implementations;
- Lead and help to implement continuous improvement initiatives in the different areas;
- Identify oportunities and implement it in the manufacturing or Instalation process, Factory layout management acordingly the product porfolio and forecast, 5S´s Program Management (Factory and Office) and Factory KPI´s Management;
- Define Lean strategies;
- Lead teams in implementing solutions.
Your profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt;
- 5 years of experience;
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt;
- Training in leadership and team management;
- Lean Management;
- Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies;
- Proficiency in process analysis;
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools;
- Autonomy and Proactivity;
- Persuasion and Negotiation;
- Teamwork;
- Results Orientation;
- Resilience.
