Your role in our team:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes, developing technical solutions, and supporting shop floor operations with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. We’re seeking a technically skilled and curious individual, who is eager to learn and challenge the status quo.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to ensure high efficiency and quality;
Work with various technologies such as machining, laser cutting, bending, 3D printing, and welding;
Participate in projects involving boring mills - Develop complete machining solutions for large-size parts, including the definition of clamping devices, CNC programming, machining execution, and the creation of work instructions and handling/movement procedures;
Program CNC machines, with a focus on Heidenhain TCN7 controls.
Create, review, and interpret 3D models and technical drawings.
Analyze and solve process-related problems using tools like Pareto analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, and the 5 Whys.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
Experience with machining processes (mandatory);
Strong CNC programming skills. Experience with Heidenhain TCN7 is a plus.
Experience in 3D modeling and technical drawing interpretation;
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus;
Experience with TPM is a plus;
Clear, concise, and collaborative communication.
