Your role in our team:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented SAP Data Specialist to support our data migration initiatives. the role involves preparing, cleansing, and managing material and document data in SAP, utilizing tools like Excel and ServiceNow.  You will work closely with various teams across our organization to ensure accurate and efficient data management.

Main responsibilities:

• Data Preparation and Migration:
  • Prepare and update material migration files, mapping files, and document migration files by extracting data from SAP tables (MARA, MARC, AUSP) using SE16n;
  • Collaborate with the IT department through ServiceNow to resolve any issues during the migration process;
  • Update mapping files and perform class maintenance within SAP.
• Data Cleansing and Management:
  • Perform data cleansing tasks, including the removal of duplicates and managing discontinued materials;
• Handle SAP material transactions, perform mass changes, and manage document info records;
• Cross-check data using Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, and filters to ensure data accuracy;
• Change Management and Object Classification:
  • Manage change processes using SAP ECM and BOM transactions;
  • Perform class and characteristics mass-maintenance to ensure proper object classification in SAP KLP;
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Utilize SAP reporting tools and Excel to generate, analyze, and validate reports;
  • Work with large spreadsheets, applying filters, grouping, and using formulas for efficient data analysis;
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Maintain effective communication with various departments to ensure smooth collaboration and data handling;
  • Organize and manage Teams channels, directories, and files for effective document management and sharing.

Your profile

• Degree in Enginering or related field 

• Technical Understanding: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Excel Skills: Basic to medium proficiency in Excel, handling large datasheets;
• SAP Knowledge: Basic to medium knowledge of SAP, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role;
• English Proficiency: Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
