Mechanical Site Supervisor

Your role in our team: 

As Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overall management of all Korber mechanical installation activities on a project, ensuring the best execution with minimal defects to guarantee project compliance and customer satisfaction. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise the planned work of the employees and subcontractors of the respective area, considering the defined in RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).  
  • Report unforeseen situations and issues reports on the development and completion of the work, attaching a list of electrical problems arising from the installation or work of subcontracted companies. 
  • Verify that all necessary mechanical testing is carried out, completed and documented in a timely manner and that all test documentation is submitted to the relevant departments on time. 
  • Mark up all the mechanical drawings with any modifications that have been carried out on site and ensure that these are submitted back to the respective mechanical design engineer. 
  • Assist the Site Manager and H&S Advisor to ensure that safe systems of work are always employed on site in order to achieve zero accidents.  
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships both internally and externally. 
  • Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods.  

 

Your profile: 

  • High school preferably and / or Technical and vocational qualification in mechanic or electromechanical 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, ideally in industry, logistics, or civil constructions areas 
  • Proficiency in Mechanical Installations  
  • On Site Health & Safety  
  • MS Project  
  • English 
  • Team Management and Communication 
  • Planning and Organization 
  • Self – Motivation
