We are seeking a motivated Program Manager to support the CFO of our Business Area. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow, and gain direct exposure to senior leadership in an international environment. You will support cross-functional projects, coordinate tasks, and help ensure seamless communication across the organization. 

Your role in our team

• You will support the CFO in coordinating projects and initiatives across different functions (Controlling, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Risk, Governance).
• You will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
• You will help maintain project plans, timelines, and follow up on deliverables with stakeholders.
• You will contribute to identifying process improvements and supporting their implementation.
• You will serve as a central point of contact for CFO-related inquiries and coordination.
• You will manage projects from initiation to completion.

Your profile

• You have 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• You have experience in financial processes, reporting, and corporate structures.
• You have good communication and teamwork skills and feel comfortable collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• You have knowledge of project management tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
