Your role in our team
 As a Project Manager we expect you to ensure the projects’ execution from A to Z, from the contract signing ‘til its completion, according to guidelines, standards, internal procedures, applicable legislation and Project Management best practices. Assure project compliance in the established deadline and budget, as well as ensure the quality of the activities carried out. Main responsibilities
:
•    Efficiently manage several projects and ensure using the proper methodology in its different focuses, namely time, cost and quality of the project.
•    Ensure project implementation according to the planned working schedule and, if necessary, the need for additional resources required for completion.
•    Monitor various activities, assuring they are carried out as planned and fulfilling the established criteria.
•    Control the projects’ operational costs according to the established budget and safeguard the projects’ profitability.
•    Implement control measures to mitigate delays, unforeseen costs and the risk of non-accomplishment.
•    While executing the project, proactively seek to increase the potential value of the project and its financial profitability, namely by optimizing processes or identifying new business opportunities.
•    Ensure timely resolution of all items in the Snag List.
•    Report performance indicators to the Management and various stakeholders, providing the necessary decision-making information.
•    Ensure the compilation, management and organization of all project documentation in a specific folder, for internal consultation and delivery to the customer
•    Articulate with various project stakeholders, in order to assess the impacts of ongoing projects, whenever there are variations in the works or in its scope.
•    Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods. Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment and safety.
•    Ensure conformity with Compliance, namely legal obligations, internal and external regulations imposed on the company's activities.

 

Your profile
•    Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnology •    Project Management certified by PMI or IPMA (if you are not certified we will support you to achieve it)
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management on industrial environment
•    Planning and Organization oriented with solid Time and Priorities Management skills
•    Communicative character, persuasive and negotiation-savvy
•    Customer focus, quality oriented and demanding
•    Good understanding of system integration (mechanical, automation and software)
•    Collaborative attitude, pragmatic and focused on team success
